Eligibility
FOR FIRST YEAR (B. PHARM)
Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates
- The candidate should be an Indian National;
- Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together;
- Should have appeared in all the subjects and should obtain non zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
All India Candidature Candidates
- The candidate should be an Indian National;
- Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 45% marks (at least 40% marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Persons with Disability belonging only to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together;
- Should obtain non zero positive score in NEET or the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority. However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non zero positive score in NEET over the candidates who obtained non zero score in CET.

FOR DIRECT TO SECOND YEAR B. PHARM
Against Cap Vacancy / Against CAP (Mionority) Quota(1 No.)
- The Candidate should be an Indian National;
- Passed Diploma Course in Pharmacy with at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks in case of candidates of Backward class categories, Economical Weaker Section and Persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) from an All India Council for Technical Education or Pharmacy Council of India or Central or State Government approved Institution or its equivalent ;
- Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act.
Note:- Candidates must follow rules of admission to first year degree in Pharmacy and rules for direct admission to second year of degree course in pharmacy as issued by Directorate of Technical Education M. S (DTE-MS) from time to time.
The students admitted to first year B. Pharm & Direct Second Year B. Pharm course are required to apply in the prescribed form to the University for Enrolment along with fees prescribed by the university before the due date. The enrolment fees and the last date for submission of the enrolment forms in the college office shall be notified in due course of time.
All the admissions made to first year B. Pharm & Direct Second Year B. Pharm course shall be provisional and will be subsequently confirmed only on grant of their eligibility for admission by the University. The college authorities shall not be responsible for non-grant of eligibility by the university. The student provisionally admitted if declared in eligible by the university, his/her admission will be cancelled immediately and fees paid by him/her shall not be refunded.
